About Southwest Painting and Decorating

Southwest Painting and Decorating, Inc. has served the Chicagoland area since 1991. Our primary business focus is new residential construction. However, we also are committed to repaint, commercial, and small industrial customers.

New Residential Construction

Southwest Painting and Decorating's earliest customers were large custom home builders. Our first projects were often single-family homes ranging 5,000 to 10,000 square feet. We quickly obtained other customers in the custom home market and additional market areas as a result of our commitment to quality. Our commitment to quality and service remains as strong today as the day we worked on our first project.

Southwest Painting and Decorating is experienced in the multi-family home market. We have painted townhome and condo developments ranging from 10 to 60 units.

Commercial Projects

Over the last several years, we have grown the commercial segment of our business. Our commercial projects have included clothing stores, auto dealers, business offices, and restaurants. We have completed new and repaint commerical projects. We have enjoyed our growth in the commercial painting business segment and look forward to additional growth in our commercial segment in the future.

Small Residential Projects

In addition to our capacity to handle large-scale projects, we enjoy the personal interaction of the residential repaint market. We have completed single room projects and large exterior repaints.
